There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved i have just signed up to transport my things. and agreed to a deposit of £27.21. however, my bank have just notified me that an amount of £32.92 has been taken out from my bank.
since this fraudulent activity have happened, i feel unable to trust you and therefore asking your company to issue an immediate refund and cancel the entire transaction effective immediately.
i hope we can have this matter resolved without legal action.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to get in touch with the transport provide to arrange a collection . No response from him and i need this to be delivery as soon as possible. Therefore i need to cancel.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have tried to contact the courier by phone , text and email. I have passed the courier the contact details for the pick up of the freezer and contact has not been made with the person who has the freezer. My last contact was on friday and I can not get a response.

for the last 2 days i have been trying to contact this service provider. Unfortunately he is not reply to my emails or calls. Both myself and the seller work full time and need better communication to arrange collection and delivery of this scooter. It is with regret therefore that I request a cancellation and want to relist this transaction.
