A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped unfortunately i myself undertook this job and had to shut office early afternooon to collect ready for delivery following day at customers request at no exstra cost. but when i arived i was informed that customer had not paid for car an i could not make collection i had traveled 66 miles then had to return 66 miles, i lost a further to bookings for following day due to this, and the mobile contact given to customer was serviceable that day up until the point of travel late afternoon. my business

good job, although valerie did say she would email shiping detail to us prior evening so that we had it for the following day, however valerie did not, and we did not get shiping detail until vehicle was on route from another job. the detail had to be sent via text to a mobile and it turns out that the deadline for arival at docks was 4pm saddly we could not meet that requirement due to late detail of shiping requirement. the vehicle was returned to our depot and later returned the following day Response from Valerie L.: Although vehicle was eventually delivered, I had sent the information at 2am on the day of shipment. The driver then lost the shipping note I had sent and I had to resend the shipping note via fax to the port. While I am happy the car was eventually delivered, I was disappointed by the customer service.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped my print out original terms offered wer complete collection / delivery between 20th and 29th feb. however i had call from customer on 20th to ask what time we would be collecting on tuesday 21st. i pointed out that i wasnt aware that it was due for colection on tuesday 21st and said i would look into it . however i was not able to locate a vehicle for that area at that time and could only offer the collection day of 22nd. this was rejectead. i have at no time said it will be done on the 21st Response from scotty1234: Was happy to leave it has was but with current comment, I would like to point out that I have a separate email stating you could do Tuesday,also i text you on the 19th and 20th and called on the 18th once i booked, 19th and 20th and have never once had a call or text back from you, I also had to contact uship to say that I couldnt get hold of you who said they have the same contact information and to cancel if i cant get hold of you. thanks scott
