A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The seller initially could not give access on the agreed date and subsequently the courier did not have availability for a revised date. Excellent service from courier - just a timing issue which wasn't foreseen, mainly due to seller's unavailability at agreed time.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The courrier was supposed to communicate with me and the seller, collect and deliver. The address is clear on where to pick up and deliver. he still said he has not got the address. this person do not know how to use computer.
so i do not want to waste my time. i have a table to be collected. the courrier refusing to speak to me on the phone. i think this person got greedy and bid for the job and now realised he cannot do it. Response from CourierKev: we try our best but things happen, I didn't refuse to speak to you. Can't say why you were unable to contact me. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider is unable to deliver this item because he works by himself and needs assistance both ends to load and unload. He made no mention of this in his bid. I am disabled so cannot help and the person receiving the item is not strong enough to assist.
Two weeks have been wasted. I am not happy. Response from CourierKev: Unfortunately I was unable to complete this shipment for exactly the reason described. I do usually ask the question, is there help to load and unload. Sorry we couldn't complete the job. Kev.

Because I was expecting being asked for my confirmation before booked by any courier on your site.
