The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provide said they could only shipp if they had any other business in the area, while I understood the explanation it was not stated at the point of booking, lastly they were very rude and arrogant.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment i have spoken with the services provider and although they were able to collect the car with the borken engine (as per us ship messages with service provider) they have said they would not be able to get access to the postcode with there trasported and recomened me to use anothet service provider who will be able to get accecc. would i be able to get my refund so that i can arrange another collection please

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services On receiving a bid for them to collect the above vehicle for me CPR state that the vehicle will be collected within 5 days or bid accepted and delivered within 2 days of collection. This has not been the case after 3 attempts to find out when above vehicle will be collected i was told that it was still in the planning stages this was 5 days after them bidding for this work, the state of the vehicle and the condition of the vehicle was fully described in my request. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After several attampts to contact the company.... who at the times they answered were unhelpful and blamed USHIP for falsely stating the delivery would be within 5 days.... 3 weeks later still no delivery...I have incurred storage fees for the vehicle and am paying a garage space and insurance at my end for a car that has not been picked up!! I would not recommend this company in the future as i found them to be abrupt and unhelpful when i was calling.
