I am an independent operator working from the Trowbridge area of Wiltshire. I have two vehicles. I have Public liability insurance and (GIT)Goods in transit insurance. I can move your items with the knowledge that they do not leave me until they're at your designated delivery point. They're not put into a pooling system and then delivered on by someone else. Twenty + years a Transport manager,gaining the knowledge that your goods are important to you. I have facilities to tow your caravan or boat or whatever else you have on a trailer, to it's destination, or indeed from it's collection point. I also have a fully alarmed Enclosed trailer that can be adapted to carry most items, from Large cruiser type Motorcycles to Quads and small items of farm machinery. I have a storage facility that is available for furniture, or any other items that may need to be stored short or long term. I charge this at a monthly rate. I...... Collect It, Deliver it.

Terry provided us with a great service and well worth every penny. My wheelchair was delivered securely and safely, and he even worked around my schedule which was great. I will definitely be using Terry again for any collection or deliveries I have that can't be posted.

Well, what a great service Terry offers; he is friendly, an excellent communicator and offers a personal touch. I bought 14 meeting chairs which he picked up, wrapped up, stored securely (I didn't need them immediately) and then delivered them in perfect condition, then offered me a discount on our agreed price. I recommend him highly, and if I need anything transported again I will not hesitate to use him again. Thanks Terry :)

Top-tier service and genuine care for the goods transported. I am a bit of a worrier, and I was transporting a very delicate item, but CIDI was reassuring, and willing to transport the item to my exact requirements. I've given up on the big commercial couriers now, and look forward to using this company again in future.

This is what happened. We agreed a date to move. The night previous to the move, I received a text,"I will have to cancel" I tried to contact Jo to ask why? I then received a text a couple of days later at 1.30pm. "Can you move me now". I am in Wiltshire and Jo is in Hounslow. I explained it would take me a couple of hours to get to that area, she said she only had until 3pm to get out. I think that this explanation from Jo is very unfair. As I was ready to supply a service to her at the time.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment had to be delayed from the originally agreed date and time. Service Provider was informed and acknowledged the change, before going ahead and traveling 30 miles to force the pick-up and delivery on the original date anyway. Service Provider then badmouthed me (customer) to the person they were picking up the merchandise from, called me and insulted me, and tried to strong-arm me into making the delivery going ahead on the day when neither me nor the seller were comfortable with it.

The facts have been misunderstood here. I explained to the customer, when I arrived at the collection point that I was there in case his payment had gone through.(I was in the area anyway) It hadn't. I then offered to pay the seller the £82 in cash. allowing me to get the goods and deliver at the agreed time. the buyer took this offensively. All I tried to do was resolve a situation. This according to the seller was the 2nd time someone had tried to collect.If trying to help is offensive, well..
