Collection was very prompt and professional. Delivery was slow (even accepting recent weather problems) and timing was difficult to pin down. Nevertheless, the price was good and the item arrived fine.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Contact made between the customer and my wife on at least two occaisions, he was fully informed of my problems being brocken down in the highlands of Scotland. My concern was to deliver what I had on the van and then deal with delays to other customers resulting from my van problems.

THE RUDEST, AND MOST OFFENSIVE CUSTOMER I HAVE EVER HAD WHO FITS HER USER NAME 100%, DID NOT HAVE THE GOOD MANNERS TO TELL US THAT THE PURCHASE HAD FELL THROUGH, YOU HAVE TO ASK WHY SEE BOOKED IF THE SALE WAS NOT CONFIRMED. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment after strugerling to contact the company within 5 days of my acceptance of their bid, with the contact numbers given, and 3 -4 emails and txt messages, once i mad contact, they had little to no recolection of my acceptance of the their bid! along with there driver having problems with the vehicle, and the company failing to keep me informed of the status of my delivery, i then decided to cancel as i feel this was a waste of my time!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have sent a number of emails to the service provider asking them to contact me to arrange collection and delivery but no reply has been received. I also contacted the person where the goods were to be collected from in case the service provider had contacted them directly but they have not. I accepted the bid on 17th October and it is now 26th October without contact from service provider - despite my efforts to contact them - please cancel and I will relist shipping

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Emailed Courier to confirm acceptance of bid.Have received a phone call to make first contact and told collection would be between 19-22/8/11 a further call would be received to be more specific. No further contact from courier. Email sent on 23/8/11 no reply. Phoned courier direct on his mobile on 25/8/11 and told he was driving and would call me back from services. No further contact from courier.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Having agreed to a collection date - the provider failed to collect and failed to notify me of a delay - at this stage I was unaware of the default. When the delivery date was missed, i tried to contact the provider but only managed this through a text message - the provider responded as having been delayed and undertook to ring when he was not driving - this promise is unfulfilled after 48 hours, 4 more text and 4 voice mail message from me.
