The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it this customer added extra items to the posted advert ,, then booked someone else via uship to do this job using a second ID ... i was not even consulted as to weather i could get a larger van to accomodate the extra items and have lost money due to other work arranged around her work .. not at all pleased with uship or this customer
