After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer After explaning about the traffic congestions on the motorway. This person was not happy with the reason i gave. He none stop kept pestering on the mobile phone and leaving voice messages. I could not get there any earlier, and has it happened. I did not get to the area untill nearly midnight and had to stop for a break. I left message for him that i would not be able to fulfill this job. Ever since then he has constantly harrased me by constantly ringing, hanging up and ringing again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Diabolical, diabolical, diabolical....but that's my opinion, what you want are facts: Initially the contract seemed fine, I spoke on the phone with Steve who sounded pleasant and helpful and explained that on Saturdays he does a regular run up past both the collection and delivery addresses so he could do the job easily and at an acceptable price. He even spoke with the person that would be at the collection address to arrange a time on Saturday 30th June as the premises are empty normally
