For: VINTAGE COFFEE TABLE -...
A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was prepared to collect on Sunday but they insisted we be there before 12. We had other shipments and I have not got a rocket. I suggested I pick up afternoon because she was in, had visitors but was in and she refused saying it would put her out too much. I explained I would be 1 minute just to lift a coffee table up and be off. She still refused to let me collect. I offered another day but she replied it is in her way. It was to be before 12 and that was all she would accept.

For: VINTAGE COFFEE TABLE -...
After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider i had arranged for collection on saturday morning however the courier couldnt do this and asked to move to sunday because of snow isses in other parts of the country. Fully Understand this & my seller was ok with this but could only do sunday morning which the courier couldnt fulfil. My seller was then accused of being inflexible and they actually had quite a heated 'discussion'. At least 3 attempts were made to collect this coffee table. On this particular day scheduled I asked if we could collect the coffee table on the Sunday and was told befor 12. This wasnt possible as I have other clients to get to on the way. I suggested a later time yo be told she had visitors coming. I suggested I only be a few minutes and as quick as I can. She said no. I said another day then and she said its in her way and wanted it gone. I was out of ideas as I dont have a time machine
