very patient customer, we where unable to deliver the items at the specified times that we provided but he was very calm about the situation. excellent to work with

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The customer would not pay via card over the phone and requested payment via PayPal or cash on collection. He asked for us to raise a manual invoice via our website so he could pay online which we are unable to do. Neither Paypal or cash payment method was offered and our payment details state credit card only.
