This provider was chosen because of previous good feedback and a competitive bid price. However, in this instance the provider did not check the stated collection date and other terms. When this was pointed out the provider cancelled the bid and my deposit was returned.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The provider could not meet the date of collection which was clearly specified in the shipment terms. I am very disappointed in the provider's communication and his inability to meet the terms of the shipment.
I have now re-listed the bid so that I do not lose any more time.
