Zuverlässiger Transport, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Freundlicher Kontakt. Trotz weder vom Spediteur, noch vom Auftraggeber verursachter technischer Probleme wurde das Problem kurzfristig und zuverlässig von Conrad gelöst. Immer wieder.

There were a number of hitches:the first truck sent was stopped en route to collection for not having the correct (winter) tyres;the next truck arrived 4 hours late and took the car without giving me any paperwork by way of receipt, something I would recommend Conrad should address; and communication was not always the best.However Conrad did his best to resolve the problems and the car was delivered safely for a very reasonable price. So thank you Conrad.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Nigel didn't show up. Three times.
Response from starappeal:
We didnt fail to show up at all , konrad failed to tell us he had tried 3 times himself to move the machine and failed due to providing the wrong type of lorry for the job , when we spoke to the landowner where the machine was stored we were informed it required a battery fitting and it was also some distance from a main road with no access for a hgv , we agreed to supply and fit a battery but Konrad then said he was going to use another company but 7 days later the machine has still not moved

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We didnt fail to show up 3 times , we were in constant contact with the landowner where the machine was stored and the customer ( himself a service provider on here who couldnt move the machine his self due to complications at the point of loading ) we had easter in between which meant the landowner was not available on certain days , our customer then said he had found another haulier so we refunded his payment and walked away from what was turning into a very complicated move !!

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Der Spediteur wollte erst vor Neujahr abholen und liefern, dann am 03.01. und dann am 04.01.. Jeweils abend meldete er sich und verschob den Termin. Nun sollte es der 13.01. werden. Dies ist zu spät und der Spediteur ist mit der Stornierung einverstanden.
