Was nice guy but claimed to have forgotten invoice and wanted paying in cash. We were happy to give benefit of the doubt and paid with the understanding that an invoice would be emailed the next day.
Several weeks later, having now asked 4 or 5 times with nothing and provided and no response to last few requests we are feeling pretty hard done by.
We were actually considering sending some other work their way but unlikely to now.

we have emailed invoices on several occasions to address supplied. we cant be held responsible for incorrect details. job was carried out to required timescale. we stated before quote was accepted we would prefer cash on delivery. how can this be worthy of negative feedback???. to all potential customers, please read feedback prior to this nonsense.
The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not show up at collection point. Was meant to deliver by 6pm. Contacted at 5:15pm for ETA and found out collection hadn't even happened. He then cancelled and sent the following email: "My earlier text messages on collection delay refers. As a 1-man courier, I have limited resource and sometimes delays are regrettably unavoidable when things getting out of hand. 1st collect(4pm) delayed. When seller was contacted for apology and same evening collection, he refused and started abusive using foul language (F..k ...),threatened to cancel job. Emailed Shipper reporting unacceptable abusive manner and suggested cancellation to avoid confrontation on collection, which he agreed and emailed uShip for cancellation. Sad ending but wouldn't tolerate abusive manner. Shipper (buyer) is not at fault.
