A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the service provider said he could move my box's on a nyday but when i said a certain day he couldn't make it. then it went from one day to the next where we couldnt agree on a day that suited us both. i took this service provider because he said he could do anyday

If so, why did you leave neutral feedback? You put a lower score for punctuality, even though you agreed to postpone collection with plenty notice / constant updates, and I was there bang on time, as with delivery! Incidentally I lost about £20-£30 doing your delivery as well!
