The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The reason for the cancellation is the fact that the Service Provider contacted the person where the goods were to be collected from at 1102am stating he was held up in traffic on the M62 due to a fatal accident.My supplier contacted me at4.05pm stating no one had arrived by this time. I immediately phoned the Service Provider who stated that he was with the RAC patrol and that he had a faulty alternator!!I am aware that it would not take an RAC patrol 6 hours to reach and detect a faulty altern

After the long delay on the M62, my alternator went. No, really, it did, if you want to see the garage bill you can!
