A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The client did not make the arrangements for the pick up. Gave me only the pick up adrress and a forwarded ebay email (only she could access the details) .I've been at the address on the date I promise (08/09/12) but hotel people have no clue.I called her many times but no answer.After 2h she called me but very rude and pretended me to do the arrangements in her name as she is busy with some course. So I was running empty for 2 shipments 260 miles. Awful person.Rude.Arogant.No reality sense.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provided failed to provide adequate information on when he was going to pick the item up - I had provided all the contact details for the pick-ups but he blamed me when the people were not there to pick items up from. He turned up late and spoke poor English so was difficult to understand. I need to relist this item and select another courier.
