I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. we were in contact with this lady all the way.she knew the goods were been delivered on thursday of next week.we booked her with the rest of our work.and she said she was happy with the arrangements. and we tried several times to contact her.so we feel she should not get a refund.and we are not happy that customers leave bad feedback.and they make exuses about the courier so the can get there deposit back.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have not had the goods collected or delivered. My phone calls are not being returned. This has now cost me the goods and i have to now try and get a refund for that. Disgusted at the service, or lack of it.
