Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time THERE APPEARS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE USHIPE SITE AGAIN,THE CUSTOMER HAS E MAILED ME DIRECT,I DONT HAVE ANY CONTACT DETAILS FROM USHIP,LAST WEEK I MYSELF AND ANOTHER COURIER WHO WILL VERIFY LOST ALL OUR MESSAGES AND THIS HAPPENED TO ME ALSO,THERE HAVE BEEN A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS ON THE SITE LATELY AS EVERYONE KNOWS THIS,I RESPOND TO ALL ACCEPTANCES ALL THE TIME AND EVERY TIME,I HAVE MADE AN ALERNATIVE OFFER TO THE CUSTOMER VIA HIS EMAIL,USHIP HAVE ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS A BUG IN THE SYSTEM

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period First contacted the Service provider, late on monday the 14th May, contacted them twice again during the week and it is now friday 18th May
Having waited a full working week for contact from the service provider would like to cancel the transaction and seek other means of transportation Response from HDBuell: Hi there,I dont have a problem with the cancelation,this was down to a fault on the site and had not recieved the contact details,after having phoned the uship in America,I was told that there was a bug in the system,this also happened to a number of other couriers,I normaly contact all customers upon acceptance the same day,unfortunatley because of the problem this was not possible,if this glich didnt happen you would have had your bike sunday 20th,hope all is well regards peter
