HHCS is a small family run company based in the Merseyside area, we currently own a mwb vauxhall movano for deliveries upto 1 tonne, and are in the process of adding SIA security for more valuable consignments. All staff are provided with a company uniform, high viz vest and work boots. ***Breaking News*** We have secured a regular run to scotland from the Northwest once every two weeks, all of our quotes on these runs will be at a reduced rate, so long as you are able to wait upto a max of two weeks for your shipment. Wonderful service - can't speak highly enough of these guys. I was moving house and the buyer stalled, I expected the transport guys to be upset due to delay etc - far from it. They were exceptional in their understanding and patience. I had arranged for my goods to be delivered to Slough at 10am - given the guys had to travel a good couple hundred miles to get there, I expected them to be late...not at all...they were early..highly recommend

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I arrived at the collection point to be told that the bikes brakes were seized and it would take 3 to 4 men to move the motor bike. I did try to move the bike with the guy, but to no avail. He told me, that he had e-mailed my customer of the potential difficulties in moving the bike, but this was not passed on to me. We tried to phone my customer to ask about this, but got no answer. I then gave my appologies and left.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have experienced great difficulty in contacting the Service Provider (SP) and a collection was arranged which was not honoured with no communication received regarding the failure. When I accepted the bid I e-mailed the SP asking him to let me know dates for collection and delivery.
