Matt was a nice friendy chap but overall service offered was POOR. POOR COMMUNICATION. Item was mutually due to be delivered on Monday but then I was told Wednesday. The job was marked as completed and feedback left on Wednesday. Was then told item would be delivered on Thursday. It was. Luckily my eBay customer was in on the Thursday delivery. I'm a professional and effecient eBay trader in antique furniture and rely solely on excellent and reliable couriers for my business. READ ALL FEEDBACK!
