Expires 4/2/2011 5:37 AM CST
Hi Jim
Thanks for your bid which - as you know - is the most competitive so far.
A couple of questions. It seems that most of your collections/deliveries have been vehicles - not caravans. Are you experienced in towing such a large trailer? Also the day for collection, and hopefully delivery, is preferably Sunday 3rd April, or alternatively Monday 4th April.
We have to be absolutely sure that the caravan is delivered on the day we agree as we will be living in it and are travelling down from Cumbria.
We have two shops in Perranporth and live down in Cornwall from April to September.
We will be paying cash. If you can get back to me and reassure me that the caravan is not too big to tow with a landrover and that you can do the job on one of the two days I'll gladly accept your bid.
Look forward to hearing from you soon
Best wishes
Sue
If you go onto my profile on the right at the top there is a picture box. Then click on the right arrow to the next picture, this should be the last hobby 750 I moved from Plymouth to Garstang. My family live in Crewe so I will stay there on the Saturday night and collect the caravan Sunday morning. I have had 30 years driving 44 tonne trucks of all types
Sounds 100% to me Jim. I will accept the bid. Not sure what happens next but hopefully that will be revealed.
Look forward to speaking to you.
All the best
Sue

Hi there
Your bid is obviously very competitive but not sure if you have any experience in towing large vehicles. Do you have any insurance to cover the caravan if there were an accident?? If you could give me some more information about your business I'd be happy to consider your bid.
Thanks a lot
Sue
Insurance for goods in transit covering up to £750,000 . Read my profile!
We can do this job for you next week on 25/03/2011
Best Regards
Hi there! Thanks for quick response. I thought I had read your profile - obviously missed something!! New at this. The two dates we could consider are Sunday 3rd April or Monday 4th April. We have to be in Cornwall when it arrives and either of those dates are suitable.
Let me know what you think and I can have a think.
Thanks a lot
Sue

Hi there!
Thanks for your bid. Can you tell me if you are able to deliver on either Sunday 3rd April, or Monday 4th April. Sunday 3rd would be preferable although I do realise not everyone works on a Sunday!
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best wishes
Sue
For me Sunday 3rd April is Ok!
Hi again
Thanks for reply. Sunday would be great. Can you tell me where your company is based. Not actual address but town? I am a little concerned about paying the whole amount 'upfront'. Others have either been cash on delivery or 50% on pick up and 50% on delivery. How do you feel about payment.
We would be paying in cash.
Thanks again
Sue
Hello,
Our base is in London. Sorry for the discomfort but these are our conditions (we do not accept - cash on delivery or on pick up 50% and 50% on Deliver)! Maybe you understand way! Sorry!

Hi there
Am interested to get more information from you. Do you have availability to take th caravan on Monday 4th April. Sunday would also be perfect but presume you prefer to have a holiday then!!
Your price seems reasonable - only thing is you only have four 'feedback' reviews. Is that because you have only just started using Uship.
Look forward to hearing from you soon
Best wishes
Sue
Hi, yes we could do this for you on either of your prefered dates. We have not been on this site for very long, although we have been established for many years. We specialise in vehicle movements so only bid on adverts that fit into our schedule. I hope this helps you in making your decision. Thanks

Hi there once more. Have seen your reduced bid and am definitely interested. Am not sure how this thing works. If I accept your bid do we then get to 'talk'?
How do you take payment 50% on collection and 50% on delivery?
Would be great for April 3rd [Sunday]. Is that still OK for you.
Look forward to hearing from you soon
Best wishes
Sue
Hi, yes when a bid is accepted all direct contact information is released to both sides. Payment can be cash on delivery if this helps or 50% on or before collection and 50% on delivery, the choice would be yours. 3rd or 4th April dates are still available at the moment. Hope this has helped you. Many Thanks

Hi there. Thanks for your bid. It sounds like you are perfectly placed to do the transport. Could you do the job on either Sunday 3rd or Monday 4th April??
That is the main question. Second question is how do you take payment. 50% on collection and 50% on delivery?
It will be cash payment and we would meet you at the storage site when you collect to pay the 50% and will be meeting you when you arrive at destination.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks a lot
Sue
Hi Sue
Sorry for the delay Either of these dates are fine for me as for payment I am happy to meet you at the collection point and again on delivery all I will do is await instructions from yourself regarding the date Many thanks Steve
Hi there
I wrote earlier asking if you could do the transport on either Sunday 3rd or Monday 4th April. I would like to make a decision by midday tomorrow latest. If you are interested in the job and can do either of those days please get back to me by return.
Thanks a lot
Sue
