Just wanting to check a few things. Would you be able to collect from Newcastle and deliver to Norwich on the same day? What is the internal size of your van? Have you had a look at our estimation of how much we have to move? Are you confident that it would all fit in? Thanks Alice

hi all the items should fit on the van ( SWB Transit) if the only furniture items are the ones listed.. i would be collecting and delivering same day .. do you have an estimate of the sizes of the furniture items as there are many difrent styles/sizes of items .. thank you David

I am currently at work so not able to give measurements of the furniture. It is all able to be flat packed to aide transportation. My main concern would be the Washing Machine and boxes. Thanks Alice

hi the washing machine and boxes will fit on the van with ease as long as they are not huge boxes .. i class medium boxes as about 24 inch square which should stack easily on and around the washer and other items would then be placed in gaps that are left (if there are any

I have just been reading through your terms and conditions in detail. As we have not yet begun packing up for our move we are not entirely sure how many boxes and items we will have to transport, what I have put on the list is only an estimation. I have read in your details that if there is more to transport than what is quoted there may be additional charges to pay. Are you able to confirm that the price you have quoted will include the removal of ALL of our belongings in the move, so long as they fit in your van? Or will you stick to what we have estimated and not be able to move any more than that? Thanks Alice

hi the reason i put that is so that if there needs to be more than one trip due to extra items not on the origional bid then i would need to charge extra as i had one customer who forgot to include a sofa and other items which meant there was 2 trips rather than a single trip, and she still wanted to pay the price quoted ... the price quoted is for one van load of goods ,, anything extra to that would incur extra cost .. hope you understand ..any further questions feel free to ask .. thank you Davidhorsfield
