When you place a bid, the customer receives an email, reviews the bid, and may email you if they have a question.

If the customer accepts your bid, you have won the job and will receive an email. You will find the customer's contact information under My Recently Completed Matches, in your "my uShip" section. There, you will find the matched shipment, where your will be able to get contact information by clicking on Match Details.
