How Can I Ship My Motorcycle?

Because motorcycles are relatively small compared to other vehicles, shipping a motorcycle is easier and cheaper. While most trucking companies will accept motorcycles for shipment, it may be worthwhile to find one that specializes in motorcycle transport. Motorcycles are more vulnerable than other vehicles to road damage, so it's best to look for a hauler who will ship in an enclosed truck. If you are shipping a motorcycle as part of a household move, or want extra protection, look for a "pop-up" motorcycle crate. These crates average about $400 and can be assembled by one person.
