As a new uShip Service Provider, the first tool you will need to get oriented with is the uShip Find Shipments console. Find Shipments is the primary tool for Service Providers to find jobs to bid on.
You can search shipments two ways:
Finding shipments by location
To find shipments by location, use the tabs across the top of the Find Shipments console. When searching by location, you have six options:
- All locations - Search every load in all 50 states and international shipments.
- Intrastate - Search for shipments within a specific state (or cities).
- Multistate - Return shipments with specific origin and destination states.
- Along a route - Find all loads, zip code to zip code, along your route.
- Local - Specify a city and radius, and uShip will show you all loads in that area.
- International - Find shipments going to and from specific countries.
Finding shipments by category
To find shipments by category, use the category list on the left side of the screen. By default, all categories are selected.
- Use the + and - signs to expand and collapse categories and subcategories.
- Check and uncheck specific categories or subcategories to narrow your search
- Select individual blue underlined links to deselect every category and subcategory except the one you have chosen.
Additional features and filters
- You can also filter shipments by price, service type, or urgency.
- You can sort shipment by price, distance, number or bids, or the date it was last updated.
