It is important that you and your shipping customer both agree to, sign, and exchange a written contract relating to the shipping or moving services that are being offered. This can be useful in the event of a dispute or non-performance by one or more parties. Most Service Providers fax or email shipping customers their standard, written contract prior to pick-up. In addition to contacting an attorney, many other other sources of shipping and moving services contracts exist.
