First. Treat your customers with respect. Be available and stay in communication until the items are delivered.
Second First impressions are important. Make sure to be courteous when you first arrive to pick up the items. Dress appropriately and engage in conversation.
Third Arrive on time and be prepared for the work at hand. Have the proper hitch for the trailer, the proper electrical connections in working order and more than enough of the basic hand tools to get any problem solved.
Fourth. Stay in contact at reasonable intervels with the shipping customer and the receiver. Remember some moves take 4, 5 or 6 days, some even more and people get anxious.
