In order to set up a successful transaction, it is always a good idea to communicate with your shipping customer prior to entering into an agreement. This is a great way to find out which shipments are legitimate, and to judge the responsiveness of a particular shipping customer, especially if a shipment has been on the site for more than a few weeks. An example of a good opening Q&A to ask is, “I am taking a trip from Date A to Date B and will be going through your area. I am in the process of planning my trip and wanted to know if this listing is still valid and needs to be shipped – please let me know ASAP so I can begin to put my route together.”

Finally, keep in mind that contact information is not allowed to be posted (email, phone numbers, websites) in your Q&A - this is a direct violation of uShip's user agreement.
