Response: hello, they will help you load at the warehouse. you are going to need a hand cart, what my husband does is he gently slide it down off the truck and then uses a hand cart. they only allow pick ups monday thru friday 8 am to 4 pm. the customer said if he knows what time you will be there he will try to have someone there. any more question please feel free to ask. thank you (2/6/2008)

Response: hello prior to accepting bid the warehouse is only open till 4pm you will need to be there by 3pm to guaranatee pickup or the next date is monday 8 to 4pm there closed weekends prior to accepting bid will need to know that also do you have a hand cart to move it after you take it off the truck please advise (2/6/2008)

Response: Hello, my husband is returning here to Hollywood tomorrow evening. We live right next to the I95/Hollywood Blvd (our house is behind the 95). We can definitely be there by 3, or even earlier if you wish, if you want a specific time I can tell you 2:00pm.
