Question: Enclosed truck next Monday 10% less than the others, if I get the truck delivery I am waiting for. Will keep you up2date. (7/29/2009)

Question: 7:20PM. Dispatcher says that I lost the first truck, 2 more available but I am the 4th driver to ask (out of factory in Elkhart,IN). I am currently waiting in the suburban resort area of Chicago in NW Indiana at IN/MI border. I have also bid on a delivery here on Uship, it ends Monday5PM. (7/30/2009)

Question: I deliver trucks from the factory. I have a 22' or a 26" Penske truck delivery going to Seattle leaving TuesdayPM/early WednesdayAM. Your load will be insured for it's stated value (that you tell me) thru the same 2nd party insurer that Penske offers their renters. ($3 extra per day) I have room for your items if you can book now (by Sun.8PM) To work for me I need to book 4-5 small loads like yours. Your price will be $650. If this works for you and you can commit on Sunday night, please respond to this "Ask A Question" and I will place my bid Sunday night between 6-8PM, expiring at 8PM. Response: The insurance is by the day it is in the truck, so 3-4 days = $9-12. You will help unload? I needed someone at the pick up point to help load as I have many friends in CF/Kal area. Are there whheels on the boottom (kinda normal) because I guarenty that I get the ramp truck delivery. (8/1/2009)

Response: Thanks for the quick reply. We do not have anyone at the pickup site to help with loading, as the piano is an inheritance and all family lives in central wisconsin and montana. We would like to work with you if you have any ideas??? leah (8/1/2009)

Response: Well, the truck has a ramp and I am sure there are no wheels on the bottom so I'll can get a dolly, since I'm getting blankets and wrap anyway. I guess I can get someone to help me from one of the bldgs. I use to manage. Talk 2 u soon. (8/1/2009)

Question: Sorry, only 1 other of the 5 loads agreed to have me do the delivery. I can not travel that far without other jobs. We do not make enough money without the extra jobs. Question: Leah,If this family heirloom is not worth paying $700 to ship what do you think it is worth to;have two men load a 1000 pound piano,haul it 1500 miles (and way off the beaten path on two lane roads and 100 miles back to an interstate at the delivery point))unload it,bring it into a house by two professionals with all the proper equipment and also hauled by a shipper with 100% positive feedback. You will have at least 200 gallons of gas,a trailer rental,and 4 days of your time to get this piano yourself So please let us all know what you value this shipment should be.
