Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello, we are a well established antiques & piano moving company and have moved hundreds of pianos nationwide. Read more about us in the "about me" section of our profile. We should be able to do this for around $700. If this sounds like it is in your range, please let me know and I will submit a formal quote. Thanks John (nwdelivery) (4/14/2006)
Response: $700 is about twice what I was looking to spend for this. Thanks (4/14/2006)
Question: Hello, That piano probably weighs just over 400 lb. I can do it this weekend for $350- Pickup Friday, deliver friday or saturday. Need one able bodies person at each end. Check my feedback- not my first piano-Dave (4/17/2006)
Response: Neither end has a person who can do any lifting (both have bad backs). Not sure what being able bodied entails. Pls advise (4/17/2006)
Question: The devil is certainly in the details- If the truck (van) can get firly close to the door/stairs, if a ramp can be used so no one has to lift it more than an inch or so then one person (me) could get it loaded. Dave (4/17/2006)
Response: i am hesitant to think that one person could do this, realistically I think you need two. thanks - (4/17/2006)
Question: I can get some help at the pickup in Wenham. Any chance you can recruit someone at the delivery? Does my offer appeal to you? -- Dave (4/18/2006)
Response: i don't have anyone on the other end and think I will user a shipper who has a few people to load this up. thanks - (4/18/2006)
