Questions for this shipment:

Question: Q: How many stairs at each end? (1/10/2007)
Response: A porch step at the pick up and 4 porch steps at the drop off. (1/10/2007)
Question: Hello, you decined our bid (Reason: inadequate equipment). We've been moving pianos for over 20 years, even concert grands. We have all the equipment you'll ever need from piano dollies to piano boards. Best regards Budget-Moving Co. (1/13/2007)
Response: Apparently I misread your offer. I declined your bid because you said your offer would only cover ground-level to ground-level delivery. But looking more closely, I see now that you would have the piano moved up steps (maybe one at pick up and 4 at delivery) for an additional charge. What would that be? (1/15/2007)
Question: Hello, the one step is no problem, maybe we could place the ramp on the porch and therefore eliminate the steps. In that case, there would be no additional charge, if we need add. labor, you're looking at around $30.00 at each end. Did you want me to resubmit a bid? (1/15/2007)
Response: That would be great if you're still available. (1/23/2007)
