You will want to seek a mover who will offer antique item insurance as items of age tend to have a higher risk. We do what we can to make you happy and keep the item at its best condition. As to load and uload. We offer dolly loading and unloading and use a 9' foor soft grade ramp ( about 6inches . One driver will assist but a second person is NOT provided to keep cost down. Again if you are nor able to assist in loading and unloading the rate of another company might be the way to go. We will lift and use dollys and packing blankets and tie downs but no guarantess are made. We are here to quote" get er' dunn ". Question: We use an enclosed trailer with 9 foot wide rear door that has a soft grade for loading of only 6inches. This makes for easy loading of items into the trailer. We also provide a winch in the event that even a soft grade might ease in loading. Sorry for the type o's been a long day. (1/2/2006)
