Question: Greetings-"Toolman" here. We transport 20-25 Pianos monthly, here on Uship. A few questions please. Need to know in detail, any steps, both inside & outside both PU & del. points. Driveway-Concrete/asphalt, or gravel? Ist floor to ist floor? Easy access from inside THRU foyer area, to front door at both locations? My asst. & I are accustomed to difficult moves, & have all the right equipment & ramps as well. Just need to know the fine points. Heading to TX in the very near future on other Ushipments, then back to our home state of Pa. Thanks! :) (1/21/2007)

Response: HELLO. THE DRIVEWAY IS CEMENT ,NO STEPS EASY LOAD NO OBSTRUCTIONS. THE DESTINATION HAS STEPS BUT TRUCK SHOULD BE ABLE TO BACK UP TO THE PORCH WITHOUT PROBLEM OR WE CAN JUST OFF LOAD ONTO THE STREET. THANKS SCOTT (1/22/2007)
