Response: Looks good. First time ushipper. Trying to follow all the policies and recommendations. Is your trailer a boat trailer? You understand I have outboard motors and the boat will not sit on a flatbed. Regarding the insurance you offer. Does it cover me for $.60 per pound or Replacement Coverage? I need Replacement Coverage. Can you provide me with your DOT number, Insurance provider name, Driver License number and State, the plate/tag number for the truck and the plate/tag number for the trailer and uShip userID. After I get this info I will probably go ahead and accept the bid. I use EBay so I already have an account with PayPal. I guess uShip will then provide me with your full name and phone number. We should double check pick-up and delivery details. I'm sure you've been through this a hundred times, but I'm new at this. Thought we should get all the details worked out so no one is blindsided. Question: I should tell you that I also own a large boat brokerage in Port Clinton Ohio so I know something about boats. I don't have DOT numbers but I can give you everything else after you accept the bid. Uship doesn't let me give it before hand. I ask for certified funds at delivery. The trailer is a 15,000lb bunk trailer for boats. I can be used to ramp them on or off as well. My truck is a 2002 Ford Excursion with a power stroke diesel and an extra chip for more power. I am going to Englewood FL to load a boat. I would load it around noon on Monday, visit my daughter in Jacksonville FL. Then get a room for the night for a Tuesday Morning delivery. I need to be in Englewood FL at 2 pm on Tuesday. (7/23/2005)
