Questions for this shipment:

Question: Do you have a way to load at pickup point (7/31/2009)
Response: Hey jacktate54, I can possibly get that arranged depending on cost, however the reason we chose Bozeman in the first place was that we were thinking to use a freight company that has a terminal with a dock. My plan was to drop the barrels of at a terminal in Houston with a dock and have it dropped at their dock in Bozeman. That way my cousin could back his pickup up to the dock and take them home. The barrels are actually going to Twin Bridges but so far everyone we have talked to so far would have to use a lift gate truck since no freight company has a terminal in Twin Bridges and that made the shipping too expensive. (7/31/2009)
Question: WOULD THESE FIT IN A 15 FOOT BOX TRUCK. MY PRICE IS HIGH BUT I AM COVERING 5300 MILES ROUND TRIP FROM PA $4000 (8/1/2009)
Response: Yes they would fit in a box truck. They are two 55 gallon drums. I lowest bid I have received to date was $593 (8/3/2009)
Response: my gas bill would be more than that (8/3/2009)
Response: I understand. (8/3/2009)
Question: Hello Shipper..We have a trailer to pickup in Decatur, TX the week of the 17th..Is there any way that you could meet us in or around the dallas area?We are picking up a 14' Gooseneck trailer and bringing it back to Billings, MT..Let me know and I will place a bid accordingly..Thanks Tyler/Owner Midnight Run Express.. (8/4/2009)
Question: I am trying to build a load home from Texas. Are you still needing this shipped? I would load it in my low deck stock trailer on my home to the Hiline in Montana. I would be able to deliver to Twin Bridges without a problem, and still meet your target price. (8/12/2009)
Response: Still needing the two barrels shipped to Twin Bridges. My cousin will receive them at a convenient place for you and make the transfer, the transfer would be great at his home there in Twin Bridges. I can contact him if you think this is workable. Buck (8/12/2009)
Response: I should know tomorrow if I am making the trip. I would be able to haul for your target price and deliver directly to twin bridges. I am assuming that I would be able to get a 24' trailer into both locations without a problem. I will make a formal bid as soon as I have confirmation on the trip. Thank you, DoubleJServices (8/12/2009)
Response: A 24' shouldn't be a problem either place, however I no longer own my front end loader that I used to pick up the barrels, and they weigh 500 lbs. each. They are poly barrels, and we do have a dolly but no lift. I did move them to my sons back yard with the dolly so it's doable. I contacted my cousin and he was receptive to the deal, and he will give me a contact # to talk with him if we get an agreement. Plus I do not have any paperwork on the barrels. The material in the barrels is non hazardous. It is called Soiltac and they have a website about their product. [website URL removed] Buck (8/12/2009)
Response: Sorry, was hoping to know by today if I was making the trip to Texas. Now it looks like I wont know until the first of the week. I will make a bid as soon as I recieve confirmation of the trip. Thank you, DoubleJServices (8/14/2009)
Response: Any word yet as to if you are making the trip to Montana? (8/15/2009)
Question: Can the barrels be picked up tonight? or early in the morning? I have a pick up in Dallas in the morning. I could run down tonght and put them on my flatbed truck, if you have a way to load them, then drop them off on my way home to Montana to Twin Falls for you. -Corey (8/24/2009)
Response: Tempting, but can't get off work to do it Corey, Thanks for trying. (8/24/2009)
Question: How soon does he need these barrells? I could pickup in the next couple of days but I'm headed to Cali first. I'm based out of Idaho right on I-15 so I could run up and drop these and head home from there $500 would that work? (9/9/2009)
Response: This would work for us. I do need to know a few things. Do you accept half of the payment (which includes the deposit) and then the other 250 on delivery? Do you have a dolly to load the barrels on your rig? Approximately what date can you deliver the barrels? If the answers to the first two questions are yes then I look forward to answering your bid. Thanks, Buck (9/9/2009)
Response: Half and half on payment is prefered,so we're good there. I could get a dolley if need be. I have a 34ft. enclosed trailer with ramp door or 48" side door they could be loaded threw. I would say 7 to 10 days. let me know what you think and we'll see what we can work out. Thanks Brad (9/9/2009)
Response: Dolly would be necessary since they are in my sons back yard and need to be taken to the street to load in your trailer. They are full of Soiltac (non hazardous liquid) and weigh 510 lbs. each. We got them in the back yard with a borrowed heavy duty dolly. Just to rehash there are two. Payment is okay with us. Timing sounds fine on the 7-10 days . I just wanted to say though that I work and don't get home till around 4:00 PM( I can be there then) M-F. Plus I am available all weekend, but I have jury duty this coming Monday. The delivery and pick up have plenty of room to accept your trailer. I had a 24' gooseneck and had it out in front of my sons many times, with easy street access. Delivery address has even more room to maneuver. (9/9/2009)
Response: That would be fine I will stop and get a dolley along the way. I will work around your schedule, so that won' be a problem. Thank you Brad. (9/9/2009)
Response: I look forward to your bid. (9/9/2009)
