Question: Hi, we have a trip heading to the north West leaving VA on April 9th. We would have to bid at least $450 each for these big guys. Response: Thank you for contacting me. I really like your profile and feedback. I want to clarify the circumstances. These are farm working guardian dogsmoving from one farm to another. So they might be a bit different from the pet dogs you have transported. Are you OK with that? And do you supply kennels for transport (I don't need to keep them). Thank you.....Catherine (3/21/2007)
Question: Hi Catherine, thank you for your quick response. Yes we have kennels large enough. will they go out on a lead for potty and play breaks?? If so then I see no problem with us being able to get them to their new farm. (3/21/2007)
Response: The seller says they lead on a lead rope just fine. All I can do is hope he is accurate....note the lead rope...not leash....although the other Great Pyrs I have are remarkable well-behaved on a leash considering they have virtually no training. Both of these dogs are very very friendly...they are actulaly being sold because they didn't guard agaist human theft and the guy wants some dogs that are more protective against humans. Plans on geting Kommodors....thank you Catherine (3/21/2007)
