Hello and thanks for your offer. I just purchased a vehicle in Illinois and need it brought to VA. As of right now, we are waiting for the dealer to recieve the funds for the purchase..the check is already in the mail. As soon as recieve the funds, we can pick up the vehicle. That will hopefully be next week. If I accept your bid, how long do I have to give you the go-ahead for the pick-up?

The timeframe for delivery says 4 days. Is that true? Also I am in the military deployed to Afghanistan and the delivery destination is my dad's house. Does he need anything special to take delivery from your company? My dad is also a truck driver so his hours are as follows: Sun, Mon, Wed-Fri he gets off work at 5pm and he is off on Sat and Tues. Can you work around these timeframes? Thanks
The delivery timeframe is 4 days from pick up, not from booking, but, yes, this is correct. As for the delivery schedule, it would be difficult to schedule a truck if they could only deliver a certain day of the week and not during the day. There are so many factors that determine what time the truck actually arrives, it's nearly impossible to promise an exact time. If there were some way the vehicle could be delivered during normal hours if it arrived at a time when you father was not available, that would be much better.
Once you are booked, would I recieve an email to let me know when the vehicle would be picked up? And with the delivery, how would I know when to have someone waiting to take delivery?
Once the vehicle is booked and we have a more exact time that the vehicle will be picked up, we'll contact you, or whoever is at the pick up point, to let them know. We'll also let you know ahead of time for delivery.
ok, as soon as I get a date for my truck, I'll let you know...I should have a date next week.
