Question: What are your intentions on these 2 moves? You want to move the trailer to Silt,Co. Then move the same trailer to clearwater,Mn. Or something different to MN. Also how long do you want to stay in silt Co. before pulling out to Mn. Randy w/Starfleet Inc. (10/5/2006)
Response: the intention was to get 2 quotes. one for the whole distance, the other for getting it just to denver and picking it up there. this is a concession trailer, not a camping trailer. (10/6/2006)
Question: Disregard that last question! hereis my quote. I will be arriving in denver Colorado on tuesday to deliver a RV to a dealership. I can pick this up in Silt,Co and deliver to Denver for $150.00 OR I can pick up in Silt and deliver to Clearwater,Mn. for $800.00 Insured! (10/5/2006)

Question: Have you found out anything about the brakes yet? Also I need to know for possitively sure on the lights and tires. Good to go??? Brakes are a big factor in this as those steep grades in colorado are pretty tricky at times. Plates are not a big deal as I have transporter plates for this. Tire failure and replacement will be a added expense to you as well as anything else that comes apart or breaks along the way that is not caused by the driver. Response: HI, here is the answers I got fromt the seller: Hey there. The brakes just need a new plug and after that should be checked out for function ability by a professional. Western Slope Trailer sales is a great resource for trailer repair located in Rifle Co. [phone number removed] They are located 15 min away from where the trailer is parked. The plates are up to date and I will check with the local clerk and recorder to see if there are any rules that apply to sales of a trailer and the plates. weight of the trailer is about 1200 Pounds. The ball hitch is a standard 2 inch I think but I will check on that as well. If you get in touch with someone at the Western Slope Trailer sales shop and find some oneto come look at the brakes where it is parked That would be fine. The trailer is parked on my dads place that is one hour from where I live. I could meet someone there for you. I run a deli in Glenwood Springs and am very busy with work so if you need me for you. Question: 3500 lbs is alot of weight to stop,I know there are some places around there to work on them,however the hourly rate is around 80.00 per hour (10/6/2006)

Question: Just a reminder that the bid I submitted is fully insured. pick up in Silt,Co. and deliver to Clearwater,Mn. I have Transporter tags to move in the event registration is not current. $100.000.00 in cargo Insurance and $1,000,000.00 In liability.No extra charge to you. If these others do not have this kind of coverage,they are not legal haulers. They should also have Transporter tags if they are pulling instead of hauling.
