Additional Information:
I need a stack of trailers delivered, they can be towed or placed on a flatbed tractor trailer, I can pay more for 48' flatbed load because you can haul more trailers than a single stack. pulling 2 stacks and meeting us at the va - nc border to pull one load from there ourselves is another option. PICK UP DATE~ 2o-Nov, we are flexible. thanks
Questions for this shipment:
Question:
How many trailers are there in this shipment (10/30/2007)
Response:
if you have a large flat bed tractor trailer, we have stacked as many as 17 , for a tow behind a pickup, a single stack is usually about 7 trailers, thanks (11/1/2007)
Question:
Hey there! Here is an offer. They can be gooseneck or bumper pull(ball-pintle). I will tow a load for $1200. Let me know if you decide to go this route. GJ&CJ (11/2/2007)
Response:
I need to get it the price down in order to sell them profitably when they arrive, thanks for your offer, bob (11/9/2007)
Response:
$1.00 per mile is close to minimum. I might be able to do for less if I could haul something on it headed the same way. GJ&CJ (11/9/2007)
Response:
what is the length of your trailer? thanks, bob (11/11/2007)
Response:
It is 17ft long x 8ft wide x 3ft high and is a gooseneck. So you would rather have these placed on a trailer then be towed? GJ&CJ (11/11/2007)
Response:
yes, towing would be best. thanks (11/12/2007)
Response:
So I can tow the bottom trailer and stack as many as possible on top? What about towing two sets? What I mean is do any of the trailers have a hitch on the back. Just a thought, because I tow two sets every now and then. GJ&CJ (11/12/2007)
Response:
two stacks being towed is a good idea, I think I can have a ball attached, I will check. thanks (11/12/2007)
Response:
Yea a firm hitch and a light recepticle will be sufficent. Also some safety chains wouldn't hurt. Just let me know when you expect to ship them so I can make necessary arrangements. I appreciate your cooperation. GJ&CJ (11/12/2007)
Question:
what would your target be on a tractor trailer load? (11/2/2007)
Response:
not sure? $1300.00? thanks (11/9/2007)
Question:
I have a 36 foot (of deck space) gooseneck car hauler that I might be able to put 2 stacks on and then hook a bumper pull stack behind that. Are any of the stacks 16 foottrailers or shorter? Thanks Mark (11/6/2007)
Response:
many of them are 16' and shorter, what are the laws concerning towing the double stack through Maryland? could we possibly meet you at the border and tow the rest of the way? bob (11/9/2007)
Response:
I will check on the laws for each state and get back with you but I have not had any problems yet the times I have towed doubles. If I can bring three stacks total(2 on trailer and one towed) what would your target price be. Thanks Mark (11/9/2007)
Response:
a 48' flatbed used to bring 17 trailers for $1,100.00, thanks, bob (11/9/2007)
Response:
It is not legal to tow doubles in VA or DE but if you want to meet me in NC south or Norfolk,VA then I can come up with a price. If not then I will come up with a price for two stacks. Should be six per stack. Thanks Mark (11/9/2007)
Response:
some of the trailers are quite small, should be 7 in a stack. give me a price to n.c. please, thanks, bob (11/10/2007)
Response:
I am not sure how many can be stacked on my trailer and still be under 13'6" but if 6 (7) can be stacked then that would be 12 (14) on the trailer and 7 pulled behind for a total of 19 (21). The price of 95 dollars per trailer would do it. How does that sound to you. Thanks Mark (11/10/2007)
Question:
I can only do a single stack... how many would be stacked and what would be the total weight of the stack..Please advise. I can do it for 850 if everything works out (11/9/2007)
Response:
a single stack will only way about 5,000 pounds, thanks (11/9/2007)
Response:
how tall will the stack be? Also, what type of hitch is needed and what about the plug?? It is stand 7 prong round?? (11/9/2007)
Response:
7 prong round and less than 13', 2" ball required, thanks (11/9/2007)
Response:
will 850 work for you (11/9/2007)
Response:
I'm hoping for a flatbed 48'er,to haul more, stay in touch (11/11/2007)
Response:
i can get them done for you for 750 if you want to have a single stack brought to you. (11/11/2007)
Question:
How many trailers would be stacked and are they strpped down all ready to go. Let me know asap I would like to tow them this week maybe Tuesday if that works Thankyou walbert52 (11/11/2007)
Question:
if these can be ctacked and towed, we can get to the VA- NC border for 1200$ (11/11/2007)
Response:
that sounds real good, let me work on the delivery up from N.C. stay in touch (11/11/2007)
Response:
ok, we will be towing the 7 stacked with our 2003 chevy avalanche, so that will definitely accomodate the weight. Just verifying that they will be stacked in 7 correct? (11/11/2007)
Question:
will they be ready for pick up by Wed? (11/11/2007)
Response:
I'll call the manufacturer as soon as possible, [monday morning]thanks (11/11/2007)
Response:
no problem (11/11/2007)
Question:
if you need the assistance, we can bring the first load to the VA NC border and go back for the next load and bring it all the way in, if that will satisfy your shipping needs (11/11/2007)
Question:
Are these trailer stacked and straped down on a trailer that will be used to tow them, and what would the weight under 6,000 lbs. Thank You Please let me know asap, because I can tow them this week if under 6,000 lbs also insured Thanks again walbert52 (11/11/2007)
Response:
the trailers will be stacked on the largest trailer for towing. the weight should be about 6,000 or less, thanks (11/11/2007)
Response:
Will they be straped down already for shipping or will I have to strap them and can I pick up Tuesday morning (11/11/2007)

Question:
Mon early would be fine if ou could just let us know. Would you like us to put in the 1200 for NC/VA border off of I-95 (11/11/2007)
Response:
that sounds like the best way so far, bob (11/11/2007)
Response:
ok, thanx... we will be putting in the bid now. (11/11/2007)
Question:
Hi Bob, I am not sure how many trailers I can fit per stack and keep under the legal height of 13'6" so that is the reason for the per trailer bid but it would be 19 or 21 with the extra stack being towed double. Thanks Mark (11/11/2007)
