Question: Is this still available ? Ron (12/23/2005)
Response: yes i havent chosen a driver yet thanks (12/23/2005)
Question: Whay exactley are you looking for in a driver ? Ron (12/23/2005)
Response: just looking for an honest and dependable driver that doesnt require the money up front to take the job. i am willing to pay a portion of it up front but not all. and will pay cash or paypal what ever the driver requires, and naturally looking for the best price because i pai $2000 for the compressor and dont want to spend almost as much on shipping thanks (12/23/2005)
Question: You can check my feed back & I do not require any money up front. At this time I can not find anything to pull back. I live about 2 1/2 hrs from your load . Ron (12/23/2005)
Response: i know the guy i bought it from has something else to ship, i just found this site and told him about it and he is going to check it out. so you might want to watch for a bid request coming from ontario california. thanks (12/23/2005)
Question: Here is my take on this, if I need up front money to transport your freight then I should find other work but this is only my opinion. If I could find a back haul I would bid. I keep looking but no luck as yet. (12/23/2005)
Response: understood and i agree 100% after all the driver will have my compressor so its not like he wont get paid.:) (12/23/2005)

Response: will consider yor bid, by the way my daughter lives in san antonio thanks (12/24/2005)
Question: This is my take on this....FED EX, UPS,Yellow and most major shipping companies ship after payment ... this is also our policy it has nothing to do with the honesty of our company ....check our feedback we have 100% great feedback 0% bad If that don't speak of our honesty nothing will....We provide 100% customer satisfaction and service...You get what you pay for .....Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas whichever is fitting.....God Bless and happy shipping...... (12/24/2005)
Response: well heres my take on this, ups fedex and as you say most major shipping companies charge up front, thats true but the key is major company, they arent going anywhere and if there is a problem people know where to go. dont get me wrong im not saying your not honest or legit but i dont know you or your company and what i did was look at the buletin boards of the site and most people were saying not to pay up front. one person did and now the shipper has disappeared. so who should she call? i am also a small business man so i understand where you are coming from, i myself do sandblasted and handcarved signs and i require 1/2 down deposit from my customers for my protection in case they back out after the job has already started. but they would not pay all up front. and i wouldnt ask them to. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOURS THANKS (12/24/2005)
Question: $ 1000.00 your max ? (12/24/2005)
Response: YES I ONLY PAID $2000 FOR THE COMPRESSOR SO I DONT WANT ALMOST AS MUCH JUST TO SHIP IT THANKS (12/24/2005)
Question: Thank You (12/24/2005)
Question: Driveaways, just to satisfy your curiosity, are vehicles driven from their pickup point to their destination by someone other than their owners. They represent a small percentage of the shipping industry and are relatively unknown to most people. However, almost all class A motorhomes are transported this way. New big rig tractors are transported this way. There is a segment of the population, who generally own high end cars, that wouldn't think of puting their car on a trailer, either because of disappointing past experience or just general knowledge of the negative aspects of trailering. There are also a handful of car dealers who prefer to have their cars driven rather than trailered. The major advantages are that shippers generally control the schedule, it is comparable in cost to multi-car carriers, and for the people who choose do to it, they believe their is less chance of incidental damage to their vehicle. Best wishes, --Jim (12/24/2005)
Response: GOT IT, THANKS JIM (12/24/2005)
Question: Read the feedback before you choose anyone ......God Bless (12/24/2005)
Question: are the tires and wheel bearing road worthy --can this be pulled to FL ? (12/25/2005)
Response: yes they are road worthy. thanks (12/25/2005)

Question: HI, I MAY BE IN YOUR AREA AROUND THE 10TH AND CAN HAUL ON MY TRAILER FOR $1000, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS HELPS,THANKS TOM (12/25/2005)
Response: i will need it before that but thanks (12/25/2005)
Question: when are you going to decide?? (12/26/2005)
Response: probably today or tommarrow thanks (12/26/2005)
