Judging from the repeat business from them and the verbal feedback, they were satisfied with our service. Question: Yes, we are MacArthur's StrongMan Moving Company and I'm James MacArthur. We can do it for $300, but remember, Uship takes a nice 7.9% fee off the top, so a $300 bid would not net us $300. Quite frankly, with the price of fuel these days, we just can't afford to do it for any less, we would if we could. As for the Better Business Bureau, allow me to clarify a few things. If there were complaints about us, trust me, you would see us there. The other way to appear there is to be a "member." The means paying them a yearly membership fee (almost $1000) and they list you and put up your profile. Bad news travel fast. Do a bad job, get a complaint, they put your information up. Do a good job, you have to pay to be listed....go figure. The day we pay to be listed with them or anywhere else, believe me, we won't be able to do jobs like yours for $300.
