Shipment Details: I have a (45,000 pound) load of 5 retangular concrete boxes that need to be picked up in JAcksonville FL and delivered to Amarillo TX before 12/31/06. I'm looking for a good rate to get them here in the next 10 days.

Response: That works on the Florida end but I can't have a crane on the Amarillo end until 12/26/06. IF they pick up tomorrow after lunch can we hold off on delivery until next Tuesday? (12/20/2006)

Response: We are set to go. The crane is available at 1pm. Here's the deal as I understand it: 1. Truck arrives about 1pm 12/21/06 and gets loaded by my crane. 2. The shelters need to be set on the flatbed so the doors are facing either the front or the back of the trailer...do not set them crosswise. You can see from the photos I posted how they are to be aligned. 3. Trucker double straps each shelter for trip. Needs to use edge protectors to keep from chiping the tops. I can't afford to have these things shift becasue that will damage the bottoms or tops. 4. Trucker delivers in Amarillo on 12/27 or 12/28...needs to call for exact time and date so I can have a crane available. 5. Full cost will be $2550. Pmt will be made by check (to you?) upon unloading/delivery. You and I will work out these details. Let me know if any of the above raises questions or concerns. Oscar 806-679-9163 (12/20/2006)
