Question: Hello, is someone going to be available to help the driver load/unload? Good Day. (6/12/2007)
Response: With enough notice, arrangements could be made at both ends. Piano is stored on a dolly at local auction center that has a loading ramp. In Northfield, delivery is to a house--one step up to front porch and one step into the house. Delivery person would have to be knowledgable about handing piano. (6/12/2007)
