Response: Hi all inclusive means there are no additional fees for door to door, tolls, gas surcharge, fees, etc etc. Standard Insurance is included which is limited to $0.60 per lb. Response: Sorry I can not help you with the USHIP Insurance as I do not use it. I believe there is a link to FAQ. Payment to me of the balance is on a CASH basis on delivery. No up front required other than the deposit to USHIP (4/28/2008)
