Response: well ... could you find out? ... driver / carrier must be able to handle with pallet jack or forklift ... if not then would the shipper (or originating location) be willing to place & secure engine to a suitable pallet / skid so as to be acceptable for transport by common carrier service? ... Response: Yes, the owner is retired & says he will lift with engine hoist. I'm assuming it can lift to the height of your tailgate. I first have to get a cashier's check to the owner.
Also, are your shipments insured to the value of the cargo? (1/13/2009)
