Response: Hi, thanks for responding. 12/16 for p.u. is ok. Storage would only need to be temporary (at most 2 weeks). So far my lowest bid was $1300. What are you able to do this for? Question: Hello Scott, this is TruckerGuy, My offer would be to pick up Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning at the latest. If you do not have a preference, I would arrange for delivery to storage at the closest storage facility to Costa Mesa area code 92626, it would be there by the end of the week. My bid will reflect the cost that you would incur for renting a small U-haul at $19.95 for a day plus a reasonable mileage allotment, to move your items from storage once you arrive, it shouldn't cost more than $50-60, based on the amount of items you have. Response: TG, alright let me give this some thought. Sorry I don't have email at home and have had to use the library - slows my response time down. Clearly a 20' box truck is more space than I need-how many other shipments will be on it, i.e. how does my items get kept separate? Any problems if the quantity of my stuff is slightly more than you envision? We can get motorcycle up w/a lift or is bottom low enough to push it up a plank? Sound like you might be in a hurry to leave, if pickup goes past noon Tues. any problems? What and when are methods of payment? Credit card? Do you already have a storage facility you deal with? how do we know they have avail. space? Is that cost included with your bid or is that extra? What does basic insurance cover? Lots of questions. Question: Hello Scott, This is TruckerGuy Tuesday afternoonish will be fine for pickup, you needn't worry about your things getting mixed with anyone else, this is a pretty standard load. Full commercial insurance covers the whole truck. -Public Storage- at 2099 Placentia Ave in Costa Mesa is where your items will be stored for the days before you arrive, I will cover the expense. I have loaded numerous bikes with my ramp. Cash or money order on delivery would be best, but that can be worked out. Again, please check my references, I have had nothing but pleased customers. I will store your things, at my own storage at in Northern California, take my Daughter to Puerto Rico for Christmas as planned and then return to deliver your things directly to your new apartment the first week in Jan.
