Questions for this shipment:

Question: IS IT ON A ROAD WORTHY TRAILER? (6/7/2008)
Response: yes it is. not sure tho but i got it from a state and it came with no plate on it. so i am not sure if i need one myself (6/9/2008)
Response: IF I BRING THIS DOWN ON THE TRAILER IT'S ON, WOULD YOU CONSIDER SELLING ME THE TRAILER? (6/10/2008)
Response: sorry buddie but i want the trailer. just i have no place to store the trailer down here (6/10/2008)
Question: HI - Whats' your target price ? (6/7/2008)
Response: 300 and under. its an open light boat. i would not mind even if you put some light stuff inside on your way down . (6/9/2008)
Response: let me see what else I can find, to haul back upstate. My only problem is we tow with a Heavy Duty 2500 - which is not very economical - your boat is so small, you could connect with a guy with a little ford ranger or something similar, and he can do it for less than 1/2 our fuel expense. I'll bookmark your listing, and maybe we can work something out. Thanks for considering us here at HWE. (6/9/2008)
Response: thanks. well just let me know. (6/9/2008)
Question: So do you want the trlr or not? 300.00 you meet me in Newburgh NY. Dont like going to the Bronx but can for more money. (6/9/2008)
Response: hi. we talked before you are from buffalo i belive. the first time i was shipping this boat from down south up north. now the boat is heading to the city. i dont want the trailer. i really need the boat to go to the bronx. it has to go to city island. its about 5-10 mins right off 95. there is really not much city drivin if you dont like to drive on city streets. its not bad at all if you have a truck. (6/9/2008)
Response: Ok I remember. Well could i put it in the back of a p/u truck? does it have a motor? I have been to City island thats not to bad. I will let you know just thought i could get it on my way down to Newburgh from Buffalo. Thanks (6/9/2008)
Response: yeah city island is really not too bad to get too right off 95 dont got to worry about too much city driving. yes it can go right in the back of a pick up truck.it does not have a motor. how much are we looking at? (6/9/2008)
Response: If I can do a evening drop then 350.00. But reality is probably not till next week. Howard is good to though I know him I have used him myself. I just go to newburgh twice a week so can do this on the way but pretty much booked this week. Ok let me know if i can help. Thanks. (6/9/2008)
Question: hi cant to it any cheaper, the gas prices are too high!!thanx and good luck!!scott outboard 1 (6/9/2008)
Response: thanks alof buddie. if you want to make the trip maybe cheaper you can put light stuff inside of the boat (6/9/2008)
Question: A few more things to clarify, please. The trailer- Does or Does NOT have a tag? The 14' length - is that including the trailer tongue dimension? If not- Please give me the Entire Length end to end - overall. Do I see an Outboard motor on the boat ? Is it removable and what size/weight is it? (6/9/2008)
Response: hi. i just updated the listing. sorry for not been so clear. the boat itself is 14'. the trailer does not have tags. i would really not like to use the trailer do too i have really not place to store it down in the city. the boat is light no motor on it. (6/9/2008)
Response: Ok, so if I'm understanding you correctly - Potentially this boat can/could be delivered in the back of a pick up truck bed - there is not any "TOW" Requirement - as your not taking the trailer, and the trailer doesn't have a tag anyway. Your strictly looking to have the boat, and the boat alone - brought south. RIGHT ? (6/9/2008)
Response: hey. just checking back with you. i am getting ready to take a bid soon. let me know how things look and a price if you want the jiob thanks joshua (6/10/2008)
Question: Thanks for the bid request, and while i could probably do this tomorrow, I'm a bit confused. You mention that is HAS a trailer, but you'd like it shipped without it???? If thats the case, is there someone who could help load it into a box truck? (I have a hitch so I could bring the boat on its trailer too..either way.) Also, I refuse to go ito NYC or the "troll" zones..with a truck, those tolls are a deal killer, so if you could meet me somewhere close by, that could work. As for the rate, you'd be looking at 400.00 cash on delivery for me to do it. As the guy above mentioned, big(ger) trucks are notorious for lousey mileage, and NY has the highest diesel prices on the east coast. Let me know what you decide, but I can't wait too long for a reply. Thanks, Howard. (6/9/2008)
Response: hey howard. i would be there to help you load it an unload it. you are the shipper i use to get the boat up there. i am guessin you ship alot and you forgot. yes i want the boat to be ship without the trailer. p.s. i gave you a tip and you where highly shocked. you said you have not gotten a trip in years.lol. if that rings a bell for you.. (6/9/2008)
Response: sounded familar...but at my age..memory gets shorter along with other things..LOL. can the receiver meet me outside the troll zone for delivery? If so 400 and we got a deal...if not, then we're talking about 475. Let me know and I'll submit the bid. Thanks, Howard. (6/9/2008)
Question: IH i have recieved bid request i can do it for $280 on June 19. What are the light items you want to put in the skift (6/9/2008)
Question: I expect to be leaving Batavia just a bit before noon today, after getting a couple of new tires installed and will wb heading your direction. Any possibility of getting this done on the way? (I have a pickup to make in NJ in the next day or so) (6/10/2008)
Question: hello this cormier rv towing thanks for bid request i am unable to be of assitance at this time i thank you (6/10/2008)
Question: Thank you for requesting my bid. At this time due to other commitments I will not be able to assist you with your shipment. Bobby8591 (6/10/2008)
Question: I can do this in a box truck. (6/10/2008)
Question: I have placed my bid and will not need a trailer,it will be put in a box truck. This offer is good only for a short time. (6/10/2008)
