Questions for this shipment: 

Question: Hello, We can do this next week. Enclosed trailer with dove tail ramp. Is there help on both ends to assist driver in loading and unloading? (7/4/2008)
Response: There is help on both ends. The machine is not on wheels and would need a hand truck or heavey cargo dollies to load into the trailer. Upon arrival in PA the trailer will need to be backed up a steep driveway so that it may be placed into the garage. I would need to contact the NY end to determine where the skate sharpener is currently located. It was in the ice arena but may now be in a garage (more easily accessible). (7/4/2008)
Question: will this fit into the back of a 1 ton pickup 300 let us know soon thanks (7/9/2008)
Response: It should fit (measurements are 4 1/2' tall x 2 feet wide x 4 feet long). However, are you an insured carrier and also would the sharpener be covered? I would be afraid if you travel on a raining day it would rust. (7/10/2008)
Response: yes we are insured and if it rains we will put tarps over it so it wont get wet we can pick up tomarrow night or saterday morning we will bid 300 cash to us upon delivery for 1 day thanks (7/10/2008)
Response: Let me know what time you would be picking it up Saturday morning. I can put you in touch with the man who is holding it for me and he can help set up the arrangments. It is in a shed right now on a pallet and can be forklifted into the truck. You would not have the availability of a forklift upon arrival in Pittsburgh. Please email me ASAP if you are available to deliver it on Saturday so I can make the arrangements for my contact in NY to contact you. You may email me your company name or phone number so that I may start the arrangements. Thank you. 300 cash will be paid upon safe arrival of the machine. (7/10/2008)

Question: FYI - as per uShip rules, bid rated all inclusive per posting info: “Business to Residential” with liftgate delivery curbside ... Shipper (consignor) to load palletized item to back of truck & Consignee to receive / unload same from liftgate ... Do you have any questions or require rate and/or service clarification?? ... If so, then please ask before accepting ... THX (P.S. - Cost savings can often be realized by consignee picking-up shipment at carrier’s terminal location so as to avoid residential, limited access and/or liftgate accessorial charges ... Terminal location for shipment’s destination within 18 miles of ZIP 15108 ... advise if this would be a preferable option and will re-bid to suit.) (8/13/2008)
Response: I have someone on the pick up to place the pallet into a truck. I will need the item lift-gated from the truck at the time of delivery and placed up a short driveway into the garage. I am unable to pick up the delivery from a terminal location. Thank you for the additional information in helping me save $$. (8/13/2008)
