Response: HI, couple questions, will you load and unload? It is a newer stainless steel Kenmore fridg. that is in excellent condition (no dings, marks). Would want it protected adequately. Also, want it moved in a large van with air cushion shocks to minimize stress on the motor spring mounts. Cannot lay on its side due to the oil getting into the compressor cylinders. Lots of bouncing would also move oil to the wrong area. If you think there is a risk of damage, just let us know, appreciate honesty and no surprises. Any shipment insurance available? Response: sounds good, we would like to have you handle the refrigerator if you can deliver it damage free. Saturday 10/27 is not the best pick up date, no one will be there from 830AM to 430PM. I assume someone has to sign paperwork, so if you can be there early or later in the day, you can pick it up. Is there another day you will be making a trip through the area? We can be flexible on the pick up/delivery dates. If no one needs to be there, could we just set it outside? The fridge is located on a lower level, needs to be moved, but is in the garage and the paved driveway has a steep slope so no steps. Appreciate your comments. (10/22/2007)
